Description

Upon confirmation of subscription purchase COOL IQ shall issue the Service Allowance Code to a registered customer
A registered member is allowed to submit support requests, questions, or matters of concern
Only eighty (80) separate and individual support requests, questions, or matters of concern can be submitted in a subscription month
Bundling of support request, questions, or matters of concern in the same communication will result in each being applied as its own support request, question, or matter of concern and each subtracted from the monthly allowance
Carry-over of unused monthly allowance into a following subscription month is allowed
The Service Allowance Code is significant to multiple email address but to Login the email address and password used to initially register must be used
A response to a submitted support request, question, or matter of concern will only be directed to the email address provided during submission of a support request, question, or matter of concern
A Registered customer will be considered Not Registered once the subscription ends and no support request, question, or matter of concern will be responded to until a new Service Allowance Code is issued
Upon delivery of a Service Allowance Code a Subscription is deemed active and service payment cannot be reversed or refunded
Response to a support request, question, or matter of concern will follow the following guidelines
- Submitted on Monday within 60 hours of submission time stamp
- Submitted on Tuesday within 60 hours of submission time stamp
- Submitted on Wednesday within 60 hours of submission time stamp and hours does not include Saturday and Sunday
- Submitted on Thursday within 60 hours of submission time stamp and hours does not include Saturday and Sunday
- Submitted on Friday within 60 hours of submission time stamp and hours does not include Saturday and Sunday
- Within 60 hours does not include days in a business week falling on a statutory holiday in Canada
- Within 60 hours does not include where there is public notice that the COOL IQ office is closed
By registering for a subscription a customer does signify acceptance that COOL IQ has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide such service to the customer
